The first movie I ever saw with Min was Blade.

“It’s a love story,” he told me.

I believed him. And then, in the VERY FIRST SCENE, blood poured from the sprinkler system, vampires swooped in, and it was all downhill nausea from there.

Yesterday: revenge. Long-awaited revenge.

“Min, will you take me to see The Fault in Our Stars? It’s based on a young adult book.”

Did I forget to mention that it’s based on the most liver-twisting, throat-searing, tear-duct-burning young adult book of all time? Did I forget to mention that when I finished the final chapter I was openly weeping in Cafe Artigiano?

Oh yes, I did.

Revenge is sweet, my friends.
