The Foundation of the ARMR

I’m thinking of starting a group of Anti-Rainbow-Magic Revolutionaries. The ARMR. Has a nice ring to it, no?

First on my list to invite (Sarah will be a co-founder, I assume) is Shannon Ozirny, children’s librarian. She’s collected this list of the 10 Most Uninspired Fairies. And she is totally right. Megan the Monday Fairy’s dress is way more Saturday.

  1. Sarah says:

You got it, co-founder! Tell me where and when and I’m in, with my (non-rainbow) bandana. We’ll storm the battlements armed with an arsenal of character development, motive and plot!

  2. Pam R. says:

Ooooh, I’m in. And if I have to hear one more story about how Rachel Walker and Kirsty Tate’s families spend all of their vacations together (“Mommy, why can’t we do that with my friends?”) I’m going to lose it.

  3. Tanya Kyi says:

And how many vacations do those people take? I mean, I know you get more time off in Europe, but really?
