Books I have read this week while pretending to diligently read The Great War For Civilization:
When the Bough Breaks, by Irene N. Watts
Mable Riley, by Mathe Jocelyn
The Spiderwick Chronicles: The Field Guide, by someone who is now way, way richer than I will ever be
I think it’s safe to say that all three of these books were much lighter and more straightforward than the life story of Mr. Robert Fisk. Although The Field Guide did have some moments of great suspense, and I always have been partial to elves and imps. Do you think there’s any possibility of little people in The Great War…. okay, yeah, never mind.
